Do you:

  • Snore?

  • Stop breathing?

  • Have difficulty sleeping?

If you suffer from snoring, daytime sleepiness, or other signs of sleep apnea visit Bluewater. Many people undergo sleep studies in the sleep lab to confirm a sleep apnea diagnosis.

During a sleep study, your breathing patterns, heart, lung, and brain activity, and blood oxygen levels are monitored. If you have sleep apnea, there are a number of treatment options available to you.

Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machines help manage sleep apnea by delivering air pressure. The pressure helps keep your airways open to keep you breathing.

We want to help YOU
get better sleep.

  • Sleep apnea is a condition where you stop breathing periodically during the night as you sleep. It is a serious sleep disorder because interrupted breathing means your brain may not get enough oxygen.

  • If it is not treated, sleep apnea can cause a number of health problems, including high blood pressure, stroke, and heart disease.

  • Untreated sleep apnea can also be responsible for job impairment, work-related accidents and motor vehicle crashes, as well as underachievement in school in children and adolescents.
